Derby Day on a very wet March morning in West London.
Chelsea FC's Stamford Bridge to Fulham FC's Craven Cottage is a 2 mile leisurely walk. Granted its not the longest Walk and Talk MMH event we have done, but one that a lot of Fulham fans were keen to do.
After the mammoth Fulham to Birmingham walk we had done, we came up with the idea of focussing our efforts on walking to the London match fixtures as it was much more achievable for those looking to take on walking challenges short and long; and easy to join and attainable for many fans.
The day started outside Stamford Bridge, and it was great seeing everyone again, with more new faces joining us for the derby day walk.
We weren't met with a very warm welcome from Chelsea FC Security, but nevertheless we were off on what would be our shortest match day Walk and Talk MMH to date.
The conversations were in full swing, and I personally enjoyed seeing so many people catching up and new acquaintances being made with people who had only met via Social Media and from previous walks.
Our attention soon turned to the day's game after reaching Craven Cottage, and the thought of beating Chelsea was on everyone's mind.
