DAYS OF TALKING

Mental Health has no colours - together we can change lives

Est. 2015

Suicide is the biggest killer of men under 50 in the UK,
with 12 men taking their own lives every day.
We use the uniting power of football to challenge the stigma around mental health, creating a safe and supportive environment for men to open up and seek the help they need.
We arrange events across the UK, bringing fans together to
Walk and Talk from one Stadium to another for match day fixtures. Building communities that provide peer to peer support for each other.
